**How will I help?**

We want to help all of our customers with all of their banking. Not just because it’s better for business - but so they make the most of their money too.

As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will:

- Handle transactions and have everyday banking conversations with the customers,
- Reach out to customers both in-branch and over the phone, connecting them to the right products as you provide financial advice and seamless service.
- Build rock-solid relationships, you’ll make it clear you understand what our customers need today - and what their plans are for tomorrow.
- Take full ownership of customer requests and proactively follow up agreed actions
- Keep up to date with new banking products and services; their features, benefits and how these can be best offered to existing and potential customers
- Educating customers on new technologies and tools that will enhance their banking experience
- Comply with established bank and external policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality and security of bank and client assets and information
- 33.5 hours per week role based in our Unley branch
