Part of Corporate Technology, Financial Risk and Modelling Technology combine our business, data and modelling experiences for optimised Financial and Credit models. Our strategy is to put Data at the centre of every interaction, modelling the business concepts in a Semantic Layer, making it machine readable and driving the agentic future solutions. The opportunities for growth in this team are huge. We are the largest consumers of data in the Group and create all the Groups Financial Risk models and provide analytics and insights solutions.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop a technology roadmap to support the Financial Modelling Crew, align to the Group’s Technology Strategy
- Work with product owners, SME’s, architecture, and engineering to design and implement technology solutions that deliver on business outcomes
- Lead a team of technology professionals within the crew as part of the CBA Pace model, including team members in CBA India
- Work with other experts within Group Technology functions on key elements such as data ingestion, integration, and security
- Partner with solution and delivery vendors to deliver positive and innovative outcomes
- Work with business partners in Finance, Risk, Performance, and HR to manage and optimise our risk, cost and workforce profiles

**About you**:

- Possess significant experience in data, engineering and delivery on modern cloud-based data architectures and platforms
- Have a strong understanding of Advanced Analytics, ideally with a background or experience in Financial Credit models.
- Be able to demonstrate a track record in helping solve business problems and opportunities with technology
- Be well versed in DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methods
- Come from a development background and have experience in Python, Java or similar languages
- Display a growth mindset and the ability to work in a very fast paced and Agile environment
