With a zero dependency approach, our aim is to empower our customers so that they have the right skills and processes to succeed. **About the role**: We are looking for a Lead Data & AI Consultant, this role involves developing and optimizing Generative AI models while building scalable data pipelines using Python and AWS services. **What will your day look like**: - Build and maintain data pipelines for processing, storing, and analyzing large datasets. - Work with Python to develop and deploy machine learning models and data processing scripts. - Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, Redshift) for cloud-based data solutions. - Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance. - Ensure data quality, governance, and security in compliance with industry standards. - Research and experiment with LLMs (Large Language Models), embeddings, and fine-tuning techniques. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions **Requirements**: - Production experience in Gen AI beyond a prototype (LLMs, transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning). - Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain). - Solid background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI. - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, Glue, Bedrock). - Knowledge of data engineering (ETL pipelines, SQL, Spark, or Apache Airflow). - Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning LLMs. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team. - Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring in production. **Benefits**: - Competitive Salary package - Pick your equipment - Gifted Day Off ("VersionUp Day") - Generous parental leave - Well funded start up $$$ - Annual Training budget - Mentorship Program - Clear promotion pathways - Flexible working - Meet-ups & socials - 97% Rating on corporate social responsibility If you are keen to join one of the fastest-growing consultancies in this space and interested in shaping the future of V2, then APPLY NOW
