Our Government client is seeking a Test Lead to join its Data and Analytics Branch in Surry Hills, NSW. As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for implementing the ADA Quality Assurance framework in all projects, products, and initiatives within the team. You will define the scope of testing for each release, build test cases, and ensure test coverage of traceability to requirements and solutions. You will coordinate test activities with the Product Owner and lead the team to ensure the test goes according to plan.

Essential Criteria:

- At least 10 years of software testing experience in System Integration and E2E testing
- Strong proficiency in JIRA as a Test and Defect Management tool, including the X-Ray plug-in
- Sound understanding of Software Quality Assurance best practices
- Sound understanding of ETL processes and enterprise data warehousing practices

Desirable Criteria:

- Experienced in various techniques of data analysis and data warehouse testing
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in testing Salesforce CRM Analytics Dashboard
