**Role Overview**:
Our Government client is seeking a Data Services Modeller and be part of their exciting journey in data modeling and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Data Services Modeller, you will:

- Set data modelling standards and provide training on best practices.
- Lead new data implementation and prioritize work items.
- Maintain up-to-date data models and collaborate with various teams.

**Key Skills**:

- Technical leadership and data governance experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
- Agile environment familiarity.
- Expertise in reverse engineering end-user SQL code.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
You will also:

- Contribute to design specifications and ensure data standards are met.
- Ensure consumption layer materials meet testing standards.
- Aggregate relevant materials and data for analysis.

**Technical Competencies**:
The ideal Data Services Modeller should have over 4 years of experience in similar roles and be proficient in:

- SQL/Teradata - Developing, auditing, and reviewing code.
- Data modelling techniques and tools like Erwin.
- DevOps understanding and version control knowledge.
- Strong experience in Source to Target and 3NF Data Models.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in various Data Modelling techniques, including 3NF, Data Vault, and Dimensional Modelling.
- Skilled in utilizing Data Modelling tools.
- Familiarity with Data Modelling tools like Erwin and Source to Target Mappings.
- Experience in Agile Delivery and methodologies.
- Understanding of Metadata and model-driven frameworks.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistics, computer sciences, or equivalent work experience of more than three years.
