**THE OPPORTUNITY
This role requires the ability to provide the ultimate service to customers, therefore a level of efficiency exceeding the expectations for the customer in value added production.

Joining Fujifilm as a Service Delivery Associate will involve:

- Being a trusted and reliable team member, delivering a great service to users and building strong relationships.
- Accountability for delivering Service Level for their sites in accordance with contracted agreements.
- Professional and prompt handling of customer complaints and issues.
- Day to day service delivery as the FBAU representative of service delivery at a customer site within their operational domain.
- Ensuring that customer requests are monitored and prioritised environment according to complexity and urgency
- Ensuring changes to priority, schedule and customer requirements are managed and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Taking accountability as a representative of FBAU for that customer site
- FBAU and client values are clearly demonstrated and championed
- A culture of openness, feedback and empowerment is built and sustained
- Demonstrating commitment to and actively works to continuously improve own skills and capabilities.
- Performing other duties as directed by your manager.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE
As an experienced professional in mailroom operations, you will bring the below valued skills to our business:

- Demonstrated experience in a service delivery environment with exceptional customer service skills
- Year 12 qualification
- Demonstrated understanding of Mail, Incoming, Outgoing and Registered Parcels
- Intermediate PC skills and computer literacy, including MS Office
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to direct and manage efficient workflows
