**Our Role**
We are recruiting a** Rehabilitation Consultant** (**Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist) **for our **ACT office**. You will be doing work for a variety of clients, where you will build and deliver client-centered management and holistic care. Duties include:

- 1:1 Rehabilitation Case Management for clients returning to work
- Manage treatment plans, attend telehealth conference calls and online assessments
- Worksite Assessments (local travel required when permitted)
- Pre-Employment Health Assessments, ergonomic assessments & JTAs
- Single-service assessments including ADL, FCE, VOC

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA or ESSA
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Strong time-management & organising skills, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, accurate report writing & able to work autonomously
- _Experience with DVA (Desirable)_
