Cyber Security Consultant

**Pay rate**:$165 / hour + super

**Location**:Gungahlin/WFH

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review privacy policies, terms and conditions, and other contractual documents to identify relevant cyber security clauses and gaps.
- Demonstrate an understanding of relevant ACT and Federal cyber security and information privacy legislation, and the ACT Government’s Protective Security Policy Framework.
- Interpret the proposed goals of an ICT system and the method through which a business area intends to achieve these goals, then use this knowledge to identify core security requirements for the ICT system.

- Review technical and non-technical documentation to identify and document where security controls are appropriate and where there are gaps.
- Develop risk treatments for identified gaps in security controls.
- Work with a variety of stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
