**Our client** is a leading Australian Manufacturing business with a rich history and an exciting future. They are highly regarded for their innovative approach to developing sustainable and high performing building products and systems for the residential and commercial segments across Australia and New Zealand.

They currently have a number of vacancies for **Production Operators**, based at their state of the art factory based in Somersby.

Duties will include, process line operation, mixing & pouring of product, packing & use of hand tools to bring product up to specification. You will be working within the confines of a clean, newly established manufacturing facility alongside friendly team members and supportive managers.

Roster structure is a weekly day & afternoon shift. Hours of work will be 6am - 2pm Monday - Thursday & 4am -10am Friday (Day shift) & 2pm - 10pm Monday - Thursday & 10am - 4pm Friday (Afternoon shift). Plenty of overtime is on offer including Saturday work. An attractive hourly pay rate of $33.92/h for day shift + 15% loading on afternoon shift is on offer.

Previous experience working in a factory based environment would be highly regarded though not a necessity. Your work ethic, reliability, ability to perform manual tasks & a high regard for workplace safety is what we are seeking.
