UFC Gym is an extension of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), with over 200 gyms worldwide; caters for all ages and fitness levels, is a gym for the whole family providing an extensive range of mixed martial arts, functional training, movement, strength and conditioning workouts for everyone.

UFC Gym Bankstown is looking for the fun, happy, vibrant people who are influential and great communicators to join our membership advisors team.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
Responsible for generating internal and external sales of fitness memberships to prospective members and to increase the revenue of the business through achievement of preset membership targets.

- An unrivalled passion for the UFC brand and the Fitness Industry in general.
- Previous business to business or direct customer sales experience
- Generate new business by visiting corporate / business sites and complete outreach work.
- Ability to promote services, products and facilities.
- Experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Has an understanding of digital media and marketing
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience of working in a customer focused / service environment
- Leads by example and wants to make a difference in their community
- Is highly organised with quality communication skills

Reporting directly to the Club Manager and the National Franchise Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the day to day business and team.
This is a role where you can earn base salary and commissions while you help people in the local community get more out of their health and fitness.

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers license (required)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
