Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Our **Wanneroo team** is seeking a** BCBA** passionate about childhood development to support our centre-based and community-based early intervention programs.

If you have experience with children with ASD and have or are working towards your BCBA certification we would love to hear from you.

**The opportunity**:
This role is responsible for all aspects of a child’s developmental program, from assessment, IEP development, monitoring and adapting for progress, training parents and stakeholders. Working with a collaborative allied health team, you will support children and their families in all aspects of developmental skills, behaviour, relationships and daily activities using the science of applied behaviour analysis.

**What do you need to join?**
- Enrolled or completed post graduate study in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related.
- A current certificate as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst or working towards this certification.
- A passion to work with and teach children and/or young adults’ life skills.
- Hands-on experience delivering and supervising ABA or educational programs for autistic children and young adults.
- Proven ability to create and monitor individualised programs.
- Ability to conduct functional assessments and design function-based behaviour support plans.
- Clear communication, high level autonomy and organisation.
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ongoing commitment to professional development
