What this job involves
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our Metropolitan Sales & Investments team In this varied and busy role, you’ll be responsible for assisting the team in day-to-day operations.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Undertake detailed due diligence of commercial properties to provide a pricing assessment, tenancy analysis, potential and risks, and value add strategies
Liaise with various external and internal stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing material
Assist in preparation of pitch documents and submissions
Source, collect and collate sales evidence and preparation of detailed sales analyses
Assist in identifying and profiling major investment sales opportunities

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Tertiary qualification in property related field and/or Analyst experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and provide prompt responses in a high performance environment
