We are a fun & vibrant café located in Rhodes serving breakfast & lunch 7 days a week. Looking for a committed, full time Café Manager with an easy-going personality, who possesses energy and has passion for the industry to head up our cafe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability managing all aspects of the cafe on a daily basis
- Recruiting and managing team
- Maintaining high customer service levels and adding a personal touch
- Rostering, ordering, stock control

We are looking for a person who possesses the following attributes:

- Has had experience in a similar role in a high volume establishment, minimum of 2 years as a barista
- A passion for great food and coffee
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Is extremely organised and a good communicator.
- Can maintain excellent health & hygiene practices and is aware of food safety and OHS.
- Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
