**Join Our Team as a Disability Support Worker**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities? We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Domestic Cleaning Assistance**:

- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas.
- Washing windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Taking out the trash and recycling.
- Tidying and organizing spaces as requested.
- Washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens.
- Changing bed sheets and making beds.
- Assisting with meal planning and preparation.
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen.
- Assisting with minor gardening tasks, such as watering plants.
- Providing companionship and emotional support during activities.

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- Empathy, patience, and a caring attitude.
- Ability to work independently while respecting participant preferences.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and participant rights

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in similar role
- Valid Driver’s License and Vechile
- Valid CPR and First Aid
- NDIS Worker Screening Card/Yellow Card exemption or willingness to obtain.
- Full working rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
