**Requirements**:
We are currently recruiting a **Service Delivery Lead** to lead our Support and Maintenance function. This role is essential in maintaining and developing client relationships while managing and overseeing the service of our maintenance engagements with clients.

In this role, you will help shape the ongoing relationships we have with our clients by maximising the benefit of their maintenance allocations to continue to improve their digital products. You’ll work directly with our clients to understand what they want to improve, understand what task we recommend be undertaken and ultimately lead the team as they execute on these enhancements.

The entire purpose of this role and the team will be to service our maintenance engagements and ensure that our supported platforms are always available.

**About You**
- An ability to think outside the box (and quickly)
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Super strong problem solving and communication skills
- The ability to influence and engage with all clients and internal team members
- Attention to detail when it comes to scheduling a team, maintaining communication records and managing a backlog of tasks
- Strong commercial and technical capability
- Ability to provide advice that is strategic in nature, whilst being focused on efficiencies
- Understanding of different delivery methods and how to help achieve project success
- The ability to quickly context switch between different projects
- Previous experience working in a support and maintenance model is required
- Previous experience in a line management role is a bonus
