**The Client**:
Our client is a well-known and prestigious school based in the Lower North Shore. They are looking for a facilities assistant to help across school facilities, as well as assist in the coordination and set up of school events

**Your Role**:

- Assist in supporting the site operations
- Prepare classroom and site for events and assist with setup of tables, chairs or materials, across large areas
- Oversee the security and lock up of facilities
- Managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with the facilities services provided
- Manage the facilities ticketing system

**Requirements**:

- No formal qualification required, however previous experience in hospitality or facilities is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder experience
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
