**Location**: Prominent Hill, South Australia (60-minute flight from Adelaide / 30-minute flight from Port Augusta)
Roster: 4 days on; 3 days off
**Department**: Operational Readiness
**Manager**: Superintendent - Operational Readiness
**Employment Type**: Permanent.

**In This Role You Will**:

- Work with stakeholders to identify, establish and coordinate the delivery of business and operational requirements in line with the operational readiness strategy.
- Collaborate with key operational and functional stakeholders to project manage Operational Readiness activities
- Inputs and facilitation to assist with Operational Readiness process development
- Source information, plans, and conduct analysis to support evidence-based decision making.
- Gain support for and negotiate outcomes that achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Manage people, environmental and community risks across the value chain, in alignment with social value, sustainability, and public policy considerations.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree and / or similar qualification in engineering, commercial, business and/or technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in operational readiness, project management, engineering or equivalent area will be highly regarded
- Attention to detail, good analytical, investigative and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments
- Autonomous, detail oriented, organised, and objective.
- Communication skills enabling the influencing of a diverse stakeholder group both internally and externally
- Collaborative mindset and advanced interpersonal skills.
