You will lead, manage, coach and support your Safety & Security Team and are experienced with advising and influencing key stakeholders and business partners on best practices. You have a passion for Safety & Security, and you will drive this message within the store and maintain a consistent positive customer experience. You can adapt to change quickly and possess the ability to multitask and prioritise within a dynamic environment. You will be able to work a mix of early morning, late nights and a minimum of 2 weekends a month.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Safety & Security Manager, you will lead the safety, security and crisis management of expertise to ensure a holistic and proactive approach. Ensuring risks are identified, assessed and treated and that our co-workers, customers and assets are protected from preventable loss, injury or illness. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Driving a safe and secure environment for the store’s visitors, co-workers, and contractors, and being the ambassador inleading a strong safety culture in the store.
- Business partnering with the store management team to guide and support all risk and compliance measures and ensuring best practice safety systems and processes are secured.
- Monitoring internal and external IKEA related incidents, closing the loop on incident reporting, and taking a risk-based approach with focus on ‘safety meeting commerciality’.
- Lead training, audits, and inspections for the store. Ensure coordination with the store's Emergency Response Team to manage emergency cases and provide appropriate action according to the IKEA Emergency Response rules.
- Actively work together with the Country Safety & Security Leader to ensure all IKEA standards, risk management frameworks, and legal requirements are met.
- You are the first point of contact for any out of hours Safety & Security incidents. This role will require you to be on call.
