**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Social Worker** to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients and their families, supporting them through the emotional and practical challenges associated with illness, injury, and hospitalisation. We are looking for someone to start **2-3 days per week to cover current leave.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver psychosocial support to clients experiencing mental health challenges
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Contribute to care planning, advocacy, group facilitation, and recovery-oriented practices
- Bachelor of Social Work
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Eligible for full membership of Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Demonstrated ability to utilise a variety of social work interventions
- Demonstrated experience in health social work practice
- Knowledge of community resources services to meet patient needs
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and independently as required
- Willingness to uphold the Ramsay Way core values
- Experience in Rehabilitation and/or Mental Health highly desirable.

Essential Criteria:

- Tertiary qualification in Social Work
- Eligibility for membership with the AASW (or relevant registration body)
- Demonstrated experience in health settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Remuneration**:
Grade 2 (year level dependant on experience) + casual loading + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

**Requirements**:
