Maxima are seeking an experienced Inspections Officer for a casual position with their client, one of SEQ's largest Local Councils.

Based in Marsden, you will support the Gully Pit Inspections Project on a Monday - Friday basis. Casual hourly pay for this role is $36.62 + super.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data collection for maintenance program
- Identify proactive and reactive works
- Job inspection and preparing job briefs
- Investigate and resolve road and drainage infrastructure maintenance complaints and enquiries
- Inspect and report on completed works
- Utilise Council systems eg. Pathway, CityMaps, PDA's/GPS systems, DM, Outlook and Microsoft Office products

**To Be Successful**:

- Current driver's license
- White Card
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate positive outcomes
- Sound working knowledge of the principles and practices involved in Road Maintenance operations
- Proficient in the use of computer based maintenance management systems
