An exciting opportunity has become available for two Centre Managers to join the team at our Tara Montessori childcare centres.

Our centres:
Conveniently located in Midland, we offer a Montessori curriculum like no other that allows children to explore their many hidden talents.

The purpose-built facilities set the scene for inspired learning every day. The children and educators have access to a range of Montessori resources that support the children to develop their cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills.

Our outdoors space is carefully planned. Giving children a beautiful space to explore and develop.

Your new role:

- Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care
- Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.
- Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolving to meet the highest standards

What you need:

- Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry
- Strong understanding of the Montessori Philosophy
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- Previous experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training.
- Experience managing a budget for and Early Years Education Centre.

Pay: $38.00 - $46.00 per hour
