**Your new company**

Hays are proud to partner with a leading, WA property development business in their search for their next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This opportunity will be to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. Working closely with the CEO and COO, this is a varied, broad position where you will be an active member of the Executive team.

**Your new role**

With offices based close to the Perth CBD, you’ll report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in leading the financial operations of the organisation and providing strategic and commercial support and advice. You’ll lead the finance and corporate services teams with passion, and work with the rest of the leadership team to ensure that the broader business is working towards its strategic goals. You’ll be responsible for ensuring full legislative compliance to contribute to the achievement of the organisation’s mission to deliver effectively on strategic outcomes. Managing a team of 10, this is a brilliant opportunity you don’t want to miss out on.

**What you'll need to succeed**

As a CA or CPA qualified professional with substantial leadership experience, you’ll have a demonstrated background in a leadership role and be looking to join a purpose-based, values-led, growing organisation. You’ll have a proven record leading a finance team or corporate services function and enjoy providing strategic financial advice to assist with executive-level decision-making, while still remaining hands-on. You’ll have well-developed communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset that lends itself to problem-solving. You’ll also enjoy liaising with key stakeholders at different levels right across the business. Experience working within the property or construction sectors will be highly regarded.
