**About Our Client**:

Day to day duties include:

- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinating meeting logistics including the preparation of meeting papers and report documents (including editing and formatting)
- Conducting research, collecting and analysing data to prepare documents and briefing reports
- Coordinating travel and reconciliation of monthly expenses
- Providing secretarial support to all executive and board meetings
- Maintaining confidential records
- Extensive communication with a variety of external and internal stakeholders - supporting other senior Executives if and where needed
- Carrying out projects for the CFO and Executive Team
- Personal Assistant duties as needed

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for an experienced EA who is passionate about adding value to their Executive and achieving business critical goals. You will be able to demonstrate the below experience and skills:

- Experience in Finance/Accounting sector preferred
- Prior experience with Company Secretarial work and preparation of Board packs.
- Advanced skills in administration and computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential) and be 'tech savvy'.
- High level writing skills, including editing/proof reading and succinct minute taking
- Proficient in organising and coordinating large meetings and events
- High level of resilience and ability to respond to changing demands/needs
- Strong interpersonal skills - Have experience with discretion and executing
judgement.
- Flexible, forward thinking, enthusiastic, confident with decision making, and must
have excellent problem-solving skills.
