As a Test Lead, you'll be at the forefront of managing team workload, assigning tasks efficiently, and providing essential training to junior members.

Your analytical prowess and outside-the-box thinking will be instrumental in guiding your team towards achieving operational goals. In the absence of the test manager, you'll step up to ensure continuity and excellence in testing practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead your team by example, creating, executing, and reporting on high-quality test artifacts.
- Mentor and train manual testers, fostering their professional growth.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support test delivery and uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains, representing our testing services with distinction.
- Drive innovation within the team, advocating for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of four (4) years' experience in testing or quality assurance.
- Proven track record in training and mentoring staff.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to obtain Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC).
- Desirable: ISTQB or equivalent certifications.
