About you - Passionate about supporting consumers with disabilities to empower them to achieve goals.
Able to follow NDIS’s code of conduct when supporting PCS consumers
Is compassionate and demonstrates empathy.
Can handle complex or challenging situations calmly and rationally.
Reliable and flexible
Essential Selection Criteria - 2 years experience in supporting above needs consumer.

Ideally you will hold a relevent qualification and particiapated in ongoing training

Ability to support participants to meet their individual goals
Ability to develop skills and encourage independence & healthy relationships
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
Must hold a Current Full Driver’s License
Knowledge of NDIS
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
IT / Computer Literacy and ability to use technology for report writing and progress notes
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Ability to work flexible hours, with a willingness to work within a 24/7 rotating roster

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
