**Your Role**

As an Assistant in Nursing you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing the very best care and support to patients in line with their personalised care plans
- Attending to the personal care needs of patients including all activities of daily living
- Supporting and prompting patients where and when required including with dietary intake and mobility
- Liaising with patients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes

**Role Requirements**
- Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant industry related qualification
- Good computer and mobile device skills
