**THE POSITION**

We are currently on the lookout for multiple experienced and interested Gatehouse Guards in the maritime field

**Position: 4 on 4 off (2 days/ 2 night) 12 Hour Shifts.**

**This position is Full Time.**

**The primary responsibilities however, not limited to**:

- Providing high quality front line customer service and support;
- Risk identification and issue resolution;
- General Maritime Security Guard duties (including administration tasks)
- Working within a team environment
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Sign Contractors & Visitors In/Out.
- Security Container Management of outgoing freight.
- Process Inbound & Outbound trucks.
- Vehicle Site patrols
- Respond to Security Incidents
- CCTV Monitoring
- Perform Bag & Vehicle Checks
- Liaise with Australian Border Force & DAAF
- Conduct MSIC Checks
- Complete Incident Reports & Shift Logs.

**To be considered - these qualifications & experience are essential**
- First Aid certificate
- Current MSIC license**:

- Current Drivers' License
- Must hold a valid QLD Security License with Security Officer (unarmed) & Monitoring functions
- Full work rights
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Proven experience in conflict resolution
- Good administration skills
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time - shifts up to 12 hours
