**Primary Responsibilities of the Gym Manager**:

- Elevate and expand the membership base, catalysing month-over-month studio revenue growth;
- Spearhead membership acquisition and retention efforts, including ingenious referral and lead generation;
- Uphold rigorous adherence to the sales process;
- Efficiently manage class scheduling, trainer rostering, and time-tracking;
- Oversee daily operational protocols with finesse;
- Drive local area marketing, community outreach, and organic social media strategies;
- Ensure the maintenance of Front Desk systems and practices;
- Foster and escalate business-to-business and corporate partnerships;
- Consistently exceed member expectations and maintain elevated service standards;
- Infuse and sustain the familial ambiance within Fitness Forum's ecosystem;
- Enforce adherence to gym regulations, ensuring a respectful and secure environment;
- Supervise smooth Club operations, from opening to closure;
- Provide inspirational leadership, training, and innovation across departments;
- Offer operational support to Reception, Personal Training, and Sales divisions;
- Elevate the Club's visual appeal and hygiene standards;
- Continually exceed established KPIs, anchoring success metrics;
- Act as the smiling ambassador, welcoming and ensuring member comfort;
- Uphold procedural integrity and efficiency;
- Seamlessly execute Reception tasks and contribute to general upkeep;
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- A proven track record of 2 years in Management and Sales;
- Prior experience steering teams of up to 10 individuals;
- Proficiency in staff rostering;
- Background in Customer Service/Reception;
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal;
- Anchored by exemplary customer service values;
- Self-motivation, drive, and an inherent ability to lead by example;
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR certifications;
- Your own transportation is essential;

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
