**JOB PURPOSE**:
Located in Pinkenba, the L3Harris Integrated Sustainment Centre (ISC) is a multi-faceted logistics support entity that provides the L3Harris Defence Australia programs with integrated logistics support. Within this facility, as a member of the In Service Support (ISS) team, this role is responsible for providing logistics support to a multitude of L3 Harris projects, standing offers and services associated with the freight and distribution of L3 Harris communications equipment and ancillaries.

**SCOPE**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor to provide logistics support to both internal and external customers so that targeted Key Performance Indicators are met or exceeded.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Responsible for facilitating and coordinating the return, repair and replacement of all L3Harris equipment in service including all associated tasks
- Responsible for warehousing and distribution of CCI and Non-CCI within the ISC
- Responsible for managing CCI inventory and maintaining its serviceability (quality assurance, battery rotation, segregating project stock etc.)
- Provides timely and friendly customer service support so that equipment is managed in line with contracts, ESCM and related policies/regulations to support contractual performance requirements; and to maintain L3Harris’ excellent relationship with customers and stakeholders
- Communicates and liaises with internal and external stakeholders, providing reports and investigating where necessary
- Facilitates stocktaking and assurance checking of CCI
- Provides MILIS and logistics support to internal stakeholders (engineering, field service support, technicians and maintenance support)
- Provides supervision, direction and advice to stores team
- Maintains and updates procedures in conjunction with management to comply with current policies, contracts and requirements of external regulations etc.
- Investigates and facilitates the remediation of any anomalies identified within the ISC
- Supports the creation of the stocktaking and assurance plan and calendar
- Attend and provide input and advice into ILS operations planning meetings
- Undertake associated tasks and activities as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor

Quality and safety focussed experienced stores person with knowledge and experience handling sensitive and protected items within a warehousing environment. Possesses excellent communications skills, a high level of reasoning and analytic aptitude, ability to adapt and respond to change, and can work as part of a team.

**EDUCA**TION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS**

Essntial
- Current Australian NV1 security Clearance as a minimum
- Military Integrated Logistics Information System (MILIS) qualifications for warehousing, stocktaking and maintenance
- Current forklift licence
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience of 5+ years in Inventory Control/Store person position or similar
- Frontline management experience

Desirable
- Dangerous Goods qualifications (IATA/ADGR)
- Recognised qualifications in Logistics/Inventory Management, People Leadership or equivalent (Cert III, IV or higher)
- Previous experience working in the Defence Industry is a preference, though operating within a complex, international, matrix structure business will be considered alongside this
