_**1. 6am-830/9 personal care (Monday, Tuesday and Friday)**_
- **2. 6am-10am personal care (Sat)**_
- **3. 1pm-7pm community access (Sat and Sunday, 2 workers per shift**_)
- a minimum of Cert 4 in disability/aged care (Enrolled Nurse)
- valid First Aid and CPR cert
- National Police Check certificate
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS worker screening check
- Full Vic Drivers license and a car with comprehensive insurance

- Afternoon shift

- Hoppers Crossing VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
