**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Understand and follow all safety protocols
- Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
- Read and understand pick tickets
- Locate products in the warehouse using RF scanners
- Pull and stage products for shipping
- Build and stretch wrap pallets
- Load/Unload boxes
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report any discrepancies to supervisor
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Excellent attention to detail
