Excellent opportunity to join our Risk Team in a very broad role supporting the Risk Managers by monitoring and managing risks, ensuring compliance obligations are tracked and met and ensuring the appropriate risk outcomes and risk culture are achieved across the company.

**Your Job**
- Planning risk and control assessment meetings, engaging stakeholders, tracking action plans and workflow tool assessments
- Ensuring the documentation of relevant policies, procedures and methodologies and reviewing/evaluating as needed
- Providing 2LOD support on management reporting to Board
- Managing the Risk Tool (Risk Hub) including being the main contact for the supplier (KPMG)
- Improve reports generated from the tool and building fit for purpose dashboards in Cognos
- Developing and delivering risk training and awareness programs to the business

**Your Profile**
- Previous experience within a risk team
- Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory framework
- Ability to use business knowledge to provide advice that balances our goals and risks
- Experience in being able to advise and educate stakeholders at all levels
- Capability to listen, lead, present and engage in meetings at a very senior level
- Ability to provide quality advice despite complexity
