We are recruiting for casual roles to work across the rehabilitation wards across Continuing Care & Support services.

**Sites**:

- Epworth Richmond, Camberwell-A and B and Hawthorn.

**About the Role-**
- You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient ward operations and excellence in customer service to all patients, visitors, medical staff and unit staff.
- Ward clerks in rehab perform important financial roles, such as admission sign ups, FIM and AROC data entry

**You will make an impact by**:

- Greeting and directing visitors to the ward
- Admissions and discharges
- Managing phone calls and enquiries
- Liaising with all areas of the healthcare team and key external stakeholders including the treating teams, support services and referrers
- Being available at short notice to work weekdays

**To be successful in this role**
Your well-developed customer service and general people skills see you adjust quickly and work effectively as part of any team that you join. Excellent with your time management and organisation skills, you have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

**You will have**:

- Previous administration experience (healthcare experience desirable)
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements
- A proactive approach and ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexible approach to work schedules
