**About the Role**:

- We are seeking a full time National Service Manager to assist with:

- Establish and implement service goals, objectives and strategies.
- Develop Service Policies and Procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across all locations.
- Oversee the national service team, providing guidance, coaching and support.
- Evaluate service operations regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Inventory and Service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyse service performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
- Identify trends and customer needs to proactively address issues and develop strategies for enhancing service offerings.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Manage the service budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to service operations.
