**Qualified Assistant Educators** in Early Education

Our
**Morphett Vale** centre is open and operates from 7AM, to 6PM. The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

**A little about you**:
You’re an experienced Educator who is passionate and dedicated to high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style. Your programming is focused on encouraging our children to be independent learners and help build their resilience and self-awareness. You utilise conversations with the children to develop their inquisitive minds and therefore creating the basis of your program and the children’s learning journey with us.

You also have:

- **A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education**:

- A current Working with Children Check
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Australian Working Rights
- Excellent personal presentation
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
