We are looking to welcome a passionate and dedicated dental assistant to our team. Our bustling 12-chair practice offers a wide range of treatments, and with our solid stable team, we’re gearing up for significant growth in customer volume. Join us as we expand and thrive together

**Full Time Role, Monday - Friday Occasional Saturday**

**The Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

**What you'll bring**:

- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Cert III in Dental Assisting preferred but not Essential
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- ‘Can do’ attitude
