A gardener is required to join our team to provide lawn mowing and gardening services to our clients in the Mt Gravatt and surrounding suburbs. This is a part time role of 3 days per week, with the possibility of full time in the future.

Primary work includes, but is not limited to:

- Practical assistance and interventions that improves mobility and access in the home
- Perform basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, emptying bins, managing weed control and leaf raking
- Work with hand tools and basic light machinery such as plant vehicles, and small diggers
- Service all garden equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean garden by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden and grounds
- Provide guidance to management on matters related to the garden
- Advise management on the costs of plants and garden necessities with detailed written quotations and reports
- Ensure a safe environment for staff and clients by adhering to safety and health regulations
- Identify and document client risks

- Report any incidences or job issues immediately to your supervisor
- Use Mobile App software for reporting purposes
- Undergo training as required
- Assisting in marketing tasks, such as handing out flyers and promoting the business to prospective new clients

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.46 per hour
