We’re on the lookout for a passionate **Talent Acquisition Partner** to help us attract and secure exceptional talent. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment and build strong, future-ready talent pipelines.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, coach them on best practices, and support decision-making throughout the hiring process.
- Champion Coates’ employee value proposition internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain professional networks with recruitment specialists and industry contacts to support proactive sourcing and keep up to date with best practices.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- 3+ years’ experience in internal and/or external recruitment, with a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes. Experience within a national organisation will be highly regarded.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on delivering outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Well-planned and structured, with strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar recruitment and HR systems.
