This is a truly exciting time to be joining the Minda family, which is experiencing significant growth in an ever-changing industry. As the Application Specialist you will play a central role in supporting Minda’s key business systems. Primarily in the areas of SharePoint, MS Teams and PowerApps.
- Extensive experience in the use and management of SharePoint Online, Teams and associated O365 products.
- Experience in communicating with a diverse audience
- Experience working as part of geographically dispersed (remote) virtual teams
- Experience with service desk platforms.
- Broad knowledge of the Health / Disability Sector, including NDIS, is preferred
- Knowledge in Information Technology Service Management (ITIL).
- Some knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and relational databases
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or similar would be highly regarded.
- Microsoft or other recognized qualifications in SharePoint / Teams / PowerApps or equivalent experience
**Additionally, you will require**:
- DHS Disability Clearance, Working with Children Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
- Fully Vaccinated (2 doses + booster of a TGA Approved Vaccination)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
