**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the end-to-end sales and operations of highly customized food trucks in a niche market.
- Providing detailed technical and regulatory advice to clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet complex specifications.
- Managing overseas supplier relationships (fluent Mandarin preferred) to coordinate production and customization.
- Developing and implementing advanced pricing strategies through competitor analysis and market research.
- Ensuring compliance with strict and diverse state and federal food truck regulations, including obtaining required certifications and permits.
- Coordinating with technical contractors, including electricians and gas fitters, to meet client-specific requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5+ years of senior retail management experience** in a highly regulated, niche industry (e.g., food trucks, trailers, or similar specialized products).
- Demonstrated ability to manage **highly complex customer requirements** and multi-state regulatory compliance.
- Fluency in **both Mandarin and English** (mandatory) to liaise effectively with international suppliers.
- In-depth technical knowledge of food truck designs, customization options, and Australian industry standards.
- Proven experience in dynamic pricing models, competitor analysis, and long-term market positioning strategies.
- **Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and extended hours** to meet strict client deadlines.
- A **master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field** is strongly preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
