Founded in 2018, inLight Studios is one the many leading event planning/event hire studios based in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches catering to the entire Sydney market.

**About the Role**
- Provide quotations for weddings and events
- Coordinating staff for set up and pack down of events
- Coordinate all aspects of our events including operations and administration
- Liaise with all stakeholders of the event
- Ensuring all administrative tasks and relevant documents (Event paperwork, invoices etc) are completed within required time frames
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Sydney venue market and key competitors

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source new opportunities and convert them into sales while up-selling and cross-selling all parts of the business.
- Maintain client relationships with the view to ongoing sales and creating personal relationships.
- Meet or exceed your individual sales target.
- Take full responsibility for the accurate planning and delivery of all client orders.

**About You**:

- (Not Required) Preferably 2 years experience in events/wedding planning/event planning industry
- (Not Required) Preferably 2 years experience in sales related
- Existing relationships with venues and event suppliers Sydney wide HIGHLY desired.
- (Not Required) Past B2B and B2C Sales and event management skills.
- Passionate and enthusiastic event professional, with results-driven ambition.

Immediate start, full time position. Some weekend and evening work MAY be required during peak summer season.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

- events: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
