**About the role**
Looking to take the next step in your nursing career? This senior management position has become available to join to Procedural area on a full time basis
Reporting directly to the DCS, the ADCS-Procedural joins the ADCS-Inpatient to form part of the senior leadership team at Warringal.
**Procedural area includes**:
- Theatre department (14 operating theatre complex)
- Endoscopy (2 endoscopy rooms)
- DOSA
- Cath Lab (2 labs)
- VDPC (2 room Day Procedure rooms)
**As the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will;**
- Support growth, business development and responding to the business needs identified by the Executive team and Ramsay Health Care
- Oversee care delivery and coordinating the activities of a multi-disciplinary team ensuring optimal patient outcomes are achieved, with the available resources while complying with requirements
- Plan and maintain hospital and departmental budgets ensuring budgetary requirements are met in consultation with other executive team members
- Measure workplace culture and implementing actions that support the findings to ensure a positive workplace culture is maintained
- Manage Human Resources to ensure future workforce requirements are known and strategies are identified and implemented.
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- **Minimum of 5 years’ experience working at a management level**:
- Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a team providing strong strategic direction and positive leadership
- Undertake reporting and policy development and review
- Experience in quality and risk management frameworks and clinical governance principles
- Ability to manage complex, challenging and demanding daily operational issues
