**Responsibilities**
- Organizational Design - Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
- Change Management - Plan, implement, and guide the smooth transition of technology, people, strategy, and processes within an organization
- Client Communication and Relationship Building - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services
