**Aged / Disability Personal Care Workers - HAWTHORN | Melbourne, VIC**

**About the Opportunity**

Seeking flexible and reliable Support Workers who can provide Personal Care and Domestic assistance to one of our Members located in Hawthorn.

**Visits are the following**:

- Monday 12 pm -2 pm
- Wednesday 12 pm - 2 pm
- Friday 12 pm - 2 pm

**_There will also be plenty of other Members available to support on the platform_**
- COVID-19 Vaccinations required as per government mandates.
- **Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (Or prepared to obtain one)**:

- A successful and current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Full training and assessment can be provided for personal care, manual handling, and basic medication support to suitable applicants.
- **Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is highly preferred**:

- Driver's License and own vehicle
- Smartphone
