- As a Payroll Officer you will:

- Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for 11000 employees within a team / 1000 employees individually
- Process payroll autonomously with the iChris or Chris21 payroll software
- Calculation and payment of termination payments

You have:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar payroll processing role is preferred.
- Experience using iChris/Chris21 or a similar payroll system
- Demonstrable experience in superior customer service
- Exposure to multiple EAs and award and high-volume (+11,000 employees) payroll processing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice to be applied in the payroll space.
- A strong analytical background and proficient Excel skills

- Strong at communicating with employees from different levels
