The purpose of the **Artificial Intelligence Lead** is to bring to life game changing technologies to identify potential new businesses for KPMG that will materially shape the future of the firm.

**Your Opportunity**
- Develop a point of view on where future technology is heading and the opportunities this presents to the firm and our clients
- Articulate clear investment opportunities for the firm into future technology
- Enthusiastically familiarise yourself with future tech, market shifts and domain expertise to understand and inspire new possibilities for ventures.
- Develop and drive the execution of a plan to explore, identify and test new business model hypotheses using future technology that prioritises investment into successful experiments
- Develop capability to support the execution of the hypotheses
- Capture learning, iterate and improve experimentation processes
- Lead and contribute to research into future tech that will inform thought leadership
- Engage with industry and sector leaders in the firm to contribute to business development and thought leadership as appropriate
- Participate in industry forums to position KPMG as a leader in future tech
- Engage with partners and alliances to form relationships that enhance the firms positioning and helps to inform new business opportunities
- Design and facilitate co-creation sessions with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and validate new venture opportunities in relation to future tech
- Keep stakeholders up to date with the progress and challenges of future tech, ensuring they understand the risks as well as the opportunities
- Manage the relationship with appropriate governance committees and their representatives to oversee the investment into future tech
- Liaise with Risk, Legal, Finance, Brand and other support services to ensure the risks, legal and compliance considerations are understood and managed

**Your Experience**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Additional qualifications related to venture building considered favourably e.g. IDEO, General Assembly
- Experience working in future tech and new business development
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, such as pricing strategies, commercial deals (partnerships or sales), investment funding
- Expertise across testing new venture ideas in relation to future tech
- Experience leading and building teams
