**About the Role**
The Clinical Assistant role is pivotal to the success of AMS, supporting clinic operations, enhancing client satisfaction, and assisting Allied Health Practitioners. This multi-faceted role focusses on:
- Client Experience: Building meaningful client relationships, managing new clients induction, and creating memorable experiences
- Allied Health Practitioner Support: Providing hands-on assistance through pre-session warm-ups, Workcover case management, and supporting programs such as Pilates & Group Fitness.
- Administrative Duties: Managing accounts, appointments, enquiries, and supplies to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
**Who We’re Looking For**:
We’re searching for someone who:
- **Thrives on building meaningful relationships** with clients.
- Brings **exceptional customer service, communication, and multitasking skills** to the table.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment and can manage practitioner schedules effectively.
- Ideally has experience in a similar role or is a **Physio or EP student** (preferred but not essential).
- Is punctual, organised, and proactive in contributing to the team.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the healthcare setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google products (Docs, sheets, slides)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with Allied Health Professionals, Case Managers, and other Stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant or Fitness (preferred but not essential)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome clients warmly and create long-lasting connections
- Manage appointments, client attendance, invoices and communications
- Follow established processes for managing sales enquiries and client acquisitions
- Assist practitioners with pre-session preparations, post-session care, and program support
