About the role

Our company is growing and we're looking for new team members, who will work full-time Monday to Friday. We enjoy a hybrid workplace with days working from home and in the office.

If you are passionate about working with people with a disability, are confident and comfortable working with a wide variety of online systems and have experience with high-volume phone calls and office administration, we’d love to hear from you

Desired skills and experience

- Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable.
- You are Tech savvy and know your way around CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite and have the skills to pick up new systems with ease.
- High level of attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident communicator who follows tasks through to resolution.
- Ability to analyse a task and provide a successful solution.
- Track record in achieving team outcomes.
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to life.
- You build relationships well, and value honesty and integrity in all you do.

**Requirements**:

- Must be prepared to undertake a knowledge / skills test as part of our interview process.
- A National Police check is required to be considered for this role.
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check is required to be considered for this role.
