**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- **Commitment to Catholic Education**: Demonstrate a clear understanding and personal commitment to Catholic Education, actively supporting the Catholic ethos and culture of the school.
- **Program Planning and Assessment**: Ability to plan and prepare contemporary teaching programs and assessments that meet diverse student needs and learning styles, promoting their attainment of potential.
- **Utilisation of Data**: Demonstrated ability to effectively use assessment and school data to enhance educational outcomes.
- **Collaborative Work**: Proven experience working collaboratively with school staff and the wider community to establish productive partnerships and achieve educational goals.
- **Innovation and Improvement**: Show an innovative and agile mindset that contributes to a culture of continuous improvement within the school environment.

**Qualifications**
- Qualifications as a four-year trained teacher.
- Active NESA Accreditation.
- Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number.
- Completion of anaphylaxis training.
