Join Our Team as a First Aid Trainer

Are you passionate about teaching life-saving skills? Do you thrive on making a difference in your community? Look no further We're seeking dedicated First Aid Trainers to join our RTO.

As a First Aid Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and effective training sessions in various first aid units, including HLTAID009 and HLTAID011. From CPR techniques to emergency response protocols, you'll empower individuals with the knowledge and skills to handle critical situations confidently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering training sessions in HLTAID009 and HLTAID011.
- Assessing students' knowledge and skills in line with ASQA standards.
- Providing feedback and support to students to facilitate their learning and success.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

**Selection Criteria**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Current qualifications in HLTAID009 and HLTAID011.
- Proven experience in delivering and assessing first-aid training courses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Driver's License, reliable transport, and willingness to travel when required.
- A qualification in Nursing is desired.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract

**Salary**: $30.32 - $69.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
